Career Development Center Coordinator (Temporary)

We are looking for a Career Development Center Coordinator for a 3 month contract.
1. Main Responsibilities and tasks
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Career Development Center to aid the day-to-day running of all activities and events to help IESE students in their job search. It means being in contact with both companies and students from all over the world. Working in a highly international team reporting directly to an Associate Director.
Main tasks:
Take ownership and coordinate activities on-line and on-campus ensuring everything run smoothly. For example: posting job opportunities, sending CV books, organizing interviews, internal workshops, Career Forums, corporate presentations, case competitions, student club conferences, surveys, and networking events
Organization of events includes scheduling, publishing in the student platform, logistics (room, technician and F&B bookings), sending invitations, checking attendance and post-delivery follow-up
Be the liaison between students, companies and IESE by responding to inquiries and solving issues from companies, students, and visitors over the phone and in person
Manage job platform: approving new companies, inserting new job postings, managing deadlines, generating CV books, giving feedbacks from companies, controlling student offers and updating the system accordingly
Assist the Associate Directors to find new companies recruiting on campus and make contact by email and by phone (Business Development)
Produce documents and/or presentations using word, excel, power point
Provide general administrative support with for example: internal technical platforms, the departments mailbox, data reports, organization of events, liaison with other departments, purchasing orders, etc.
2. Key competences required
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and anticipating needs
Pro-active and flexible, able to act under pressure and ability to learn and adapt to new scenarios. Working with two different managers
Spirit of service and organizational skills are key competences for this role
Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and resilient
Cultural acceptance, awareness and mutual respect is a must. Role includes contact with companies and students from a variety of cultural backgrounds
Strong computer skills. Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
Experience in an office environment working in a team preferably in a support function
3. Other requirements
Bilingual in English and Spanish is fundamental
Availability to travel sporadicly (for example to the IESE Barcelona Campus)
Availability to work some Saturdays during the year for special events
